Serving patients across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and London. Repeat prescription requests are available to patients near Beaconsfield, Northwood, Chalfont, Berkhamsted, Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Pinner, and Rickmansworth.

Members: this service is included as part of your membership at no additional charge.

Non-members: a prescription fee of £30 applies for standard prescriptions. Please note that certain prescription types may carry a different fee — we will advise you before processing if this applies. An invoice will be sent to you by email after your prescription has been issued.

Electronic prescription service (SMS)Your prescription will be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice via the NHS Electronic Prescription Service. You will receive an SMS notification when it is ready to collect.

Send to a specific pharmacyWe will send your prescription directly to your chosen pharmacy. Please note that some pharmacies may only accept electronic prescriptions — we will advise you if this applies to your chosen pharmacy.

Pharmacy delivery serviceWe can arrange for your prescription to be dispensed and delivered to your home address. Please allow 48 hours for delivery.

This questionnaire is required for all patients requesting repeat weight loss injections or tablets — including semaglutide, tirzepatide, and any other GLP-1 medications. Our team will review your responses and be in touch within one working day to confirm your prescription.
